At STARTRONICS EBAY DROP OFF CENTER, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. How long does it take to get my item sold?
Typically it takes 10 days for the item to sell. After that, the buyer must make payment and the item must be shipped.

How soon after the auction ends will I get my check?
After the item has sold and the buyer has paid, we will deduct our commission and either send you your check or have it ready for you to pick up in the store. This typically takes 7 to 14 days after the auction has ended.

How does it work?
It is very simple. You bring us an item, and we will determine it average sales price on EBAY. We will communicate this to you, and if all goes well, you will choose your listing plan and we will list your item up on EBAY.

What if my item does not sell?
If your item does not sell we will relist your item for another 10 days free of charge. If after the second time it has been listed, it still has not sold, we will ask you to pick up the item. If you do not pick up the item within 10 days of the auction ending, we will donate it to the charity of our choice.

What kinds of items do you sell?
We will sell just about any item on EBAY that you have. We do prefer it to have a saleable value of $100.00 or more.

Do you sell Furniture?
Yes, we can sell furniture. We will schedule an appointment to come to your house or apartment to take pictures of the furniture. The furniture will remain in your possession until it has sold. We will then coordinate with you and the buyer to get the item picked up.

Can you sell my car on EBAY?
Yes, we have sold many cars on EBAY. We offer special rates on listing fees and commission for selling your car.

Are there any items I cannot sell on EBAY?
Yes, certain items are restricted from sale on EBAY. you can find out more information on restricted and prohibited items here.
